Hello, Chantilly Families and Students,
It has been another great week at Chantilly! We enjoyed seeing our Chargers’ smiles on school picture day, preparing our seniors for life after graduation through senior meetings, and cheering on a strong football performance against Herndon. We also continue to be proud of our students’ outstanding commitment to following cell phone expectations. As we celebrate these successes, please remember that attendance matters—every period, every day. Being present and on time helps every Charger stay connected, engaged, and ready to succeed.
The safety and security of our students and staff remain our highest priority. Motorized vehicles—including e-bikes, scooters, and similar devices—must be operated with caution on and around school grounds. Chantilly High School is not responsible for these vehicles, and all drivers and riders are reminded to remain attentive and follow established traffic and safety rules. Above all, arriving safely at Chantilly is paramount.
As a key reminder, families should review and acknowledge the Student Rights and Responsibilities. We also encourage our families to engage in upcoming community conversations with Dr. Reid and continue finding opportunities to connect with our Chantilly community. I look forward to connecting with many of our families during next week’s virtual ninth-grade parent meeting and at our many upcoming school events!
Let’s make 2026–2027 an outstanding year as we Carry the CHARGE together. I look forward to connecting with you at Chantilly very soon.
Thanks,
Amy Goodloe, Ed.D., Principal
