QR 04440 TN 39 - Federal Quality Review of Disability DetSummary: This transmittal provides Medical Authority for Quality Reviewers (MAQR) implemented as one of the Commissioner's 5Q projects. Use of MAQR will allow federal quality reviewers to complete their own medical assessment for specific documentation deficiencies, which will save resources and time.
