Hello there! We got a bit of good news this week when the Census Bureau published data showing that the gender wage gap narrowed by 2 cents last year, with women earning 78 cents on the dollar compared to men.

The report wasn’t all rosy, though. Black and Hispanic women continue to face the largest pay gaps of any demographic, signaling more work ahead for HR teams and their compensation partners.
