Hey ,

When you want more money or a better job, there are 2 moves most people make.

Move #1 is more hours. Overtime, a second job, a weekend gig.

Move #2 is more applications.

Both eat 10 to 20 hours a week, and both are gone the moment they're done. The shift ends. The application gets read once, if it gets read at all.

Here's the secret third move almost nobody on a job board is making.

A YouTube channel about your skill takes about 4 hours a week, and it's built AROUND the job you already have. You record when it fits your schedule, and the videos keep getting found every time someone searches what you know. The next hiring manager in your field can find that video, and so can the one after that, long after your 4 hours are spent.

I started my first channel on the side of a full-time pharmacist job. Right now my channels run on about 4 hours of work a week, and they keep growing whether I'm in Tokyo or Singapore. They're past 1.7M combined subscribers.

Tonight at 7pm ET, I'm going live on Zoom with our free YouTube live workshop. I'll show you how to build a channel about your skill in the hours you've already got: what to decide first, how to film without it eating your week, and which video to make first.

A second job costs you 20 hours a week and pays for 20.

This costs only 4 hours (literally just a weekend morning) and keeps working after you've logged off.
