General Motors President Mark Reuss has reiterated the company's commitment to electric vehicles despite President Donald Trump's rollback of environmental regulations and a decline in consumer interest. Reuss said GM is investing in battery cost reduction and long-term EV architecture rather than reacting to short-term policy shifts.

DoorDash introduces AI-driven ordering via Slack, text
DoorDash has introduced AI-powered features to enhance ordering, including a Model Context Protocol for corporate orders via Slack and a pilot program for ordering through Apple Messages. The protocol, an evolution of a command-line interface launched in July, allows companies to automate office meal and supply orders. Early adopters include SpaceX AI and Cognition. The Apple Messages feature, currently available to 20,000 users, enables customers to order by texting their cravings.
