AI use grows faster than workforce readiness
AI is quickly becoming part of everyday work, but many organizations are still figuring out how to turn experimentation into measurable business value. CompTIA’s inaugural “AI Skills Tracker” found that 80% of professionals use AI regularly, yet many want more practical, role-based training focused on real-world applications, security and data analysis. The research also shows that employees who actively invest in skill-building are more confident in their AI knowledge and better prepared for workplace adoption.
