In a Nutshell
If you’re anything like me, maybe you go to bed and wake up at the “right” times, yet toss and turn throughout the night. Or you’re the lightest sleeper who wakes up to the slightest sound of your cat jumping off the bed onto the floor.

Having trouble sleeping? Follow this 3-week plan

We all know that quality sleep is important. Getting enough of it? That’s another story. It’s not always that simple. If you’re a new parent, a caregiver, working the late shift, or just stressed out, getting an uninterrupted night’s sleep and waking up feeling rested might feel like an impossible feat.

That’s why we’ve created our new Better Sleep Challenge, broken down into three weekly themes designed to help you build healthier habits, one day at a time.
Week 1: Reset your sleep. This first week will focus on building your understanding of healthy sleep and laying the foundation for healthier habits. Some points we’ll hit include:
•Sleep calculator: What time should you go to bed?
•Ways to fix your sleep schedule
•What is a sleep journal? And why do you need one?
Week 2: Master your bedtime routine. Next, we’ll explore relaxing rituals and simple steps you can take to prepare for a good night’s sleep. Expect to work on:
•Yoga poses to help prepare your body and mind for sleep
•11 best foods and drinks to help you sleep
•How to use meditation for better rest
Week 3: Remove the roadblocks. What’s getting in the way? Let’s identify those obstacles and figure out how to overcome them. This last week covers:
•How to ease anxiety at night
•8 tips to fight insomnia and fall asleep fast
•Can magnesium actually help you sleep better?
