A therapist on my list sent me this yesterday: "Hey Paul have purchased many of your programs. Which do you feel would be the most viable option to replace my current income. If you had to pic one, which would it be? I am a therapist and I want to retire." That one stopped me. This is somebody who spends all day helping other people get unstuck. And they're sitting on a pile of my courses, stuck on which one to actually do. I didn't want to fire back a quick answer, so I thought about it for a while. Here's where I landed. Every way I've ever taught to make money with local businesses comes down to two jobs. You do the work, and you get somebody to pay you for it. The work was never the hard part, and AI has made it easier than it's ever been. Getting somebody to pay you is the hard part. I think that's where the pile of courses comes from, by the way. You learn a service. You go looking for a business that wants it. Nobody bites. So you figure the service was wrong and you go buy a different one. The service was probably fine. You just had no good reason to be in that owner's inbox. So if I can only pick one, I'm picking the one that fixes that. I'd pick AI Secret Shopper. With this one you find a real problem at a specific business before you ever reach out. You've got proof of it. So the first thing the owner hears from you is something about his own business he didn't know, and he wants to hear the rest. I've taught a lot of ways to get clients without cold calling. I've never had one quite like this. And you're not left holding a lead with nothing to sell. The AI services that fix what you find are in there too, step by step. Now, for somebody who wants to retire, here's the part I'd look hardest at... The first payment is $1,000+. But one business can need more than one fix, and there's a whole section on turning a one-time client into income that comes in every month. That monthly part is what I'd be building toward if I were in that chair. Can I promise it replaces a therapist's income? No. I don't know your numbers, and anybody who promises you that is lying to you. But you asked me to pick one, and this is the one. It's $21 until tomorrow at midnight EST. Then the early bird is over and the price goes up. |
