I want to show you something that landed in my inbox this week.

Brenda is in the certification. She’s on Module 1. Module 1 ends with one task: scan a real business you already know.

So she picked the roofer down the street from her house. Their van drives past her place every day. Office is walking distance.

Here’s her scan.

Right at their front door: number one. Green.

Three miles east: 7. Three miles west: 13, 14, 15, 17.

Red dots all down the west side of town, and the smaller communities north and south where the roofer probably thinks they’re fine.

And then she wrote this line, which is the whole business in one sentence:

“Those are the ones I fix.”

Then she said she was moving on to Module 2, the Weekly 10 Board.

Nobody cold called anyone. Nobody built a website.

She ran one scan on a business she sees out her window, and she can already see where the owner is invisible and who’s showing up instead of him.

That owner has never seen that map. Brenda is going to be the one who shows it to him.

That’s what I meant on the workshop when I said a course is built to be watched and this one is built to be done.

Brenda didn’t scan that roofer because she was motivated. She scanned it because something was due.

The replay comes down tomorrow night.
