Study: Gaming does the brain good

A recent study conducted by Western University and the Science and Industry Museum for the Manchester Science Festival reveals that playing video games for five or more hours weekly can significantly improve cognitive performance, allowing players to perform mentally as if they were nearly 14 years younger. The data also showed that gaming did not have any impact on mental health.
