Office of the Spokesperson Secretary Blinken to Deliver Remarks at the 2024 OSAC Annual BriefingSecretary of State Antony J. Blinken will deliver remarks at the 2024 Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Annual Briefing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 9:05 a.m. ET in Arlington, VA. The OSAC Annual Briefing brings together approximately 1,200 security executives from U.S. organizations operating abroad, including Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and academia. This year OSAC is celebrating the end of its 39-year tenure as a federal advisory committee and the creation of a formal Public-Private Partnership. This transition will elevate the partnership between the private sector and the Department of State and reinforce the Department’s resolute commitment to the security of U.S. private sector and business operations abroad.
