Our Integration name is avtexInsights and the permission required is Integration > avtexInsightsApps > View .

Our Integration will be visible only in Apps menu when the above discussed permission is visible.

And could you please tell me how I can check this? I cannot see anywhere how the enable/disable a permission. Do you perhpas mean puting permissions into a Role and then assigning that Role to a user?

It is not visible because the permission required related to your {premiumapp}integration -> view is not enabled.
If this permission is enabled then it will be visible

Hi Pawel_Kowalik,

Try clearing your browser cache if the app doesn't appear immediately

Hi,

What is required for a Premium App to be visible in the Apps menu for user?

We have our app in the AppFoundry and created the Enterprise Agreement for our customer. Customer approved that agreement. Then they installed the integration, activated it, added new custom role with integration permission. Then assigned this new role to the admin user. But the app is still not visible in the Apps menu even after re-login. Other apps (not ours) are visible for that user, only our app is not visible.

What should we check? How long it takes after installation for an app to apear in the Apps menu? What is required for a Premium App to be visible in the Apps menu for user?

Best regards
Pawel
