Zoning (ZED) Applications Accepted Weekly
The Applications Accepted Weekly report runs on Sunday mornings and posts to the Reports drop-down of the Planning and Land Use (PLUS) public website
View Applications Accepted Weekly
This report lists zoning cases which have been accepted for review by the Zoning Evaluation Division of DPD, organized by Supervisory District. These include cases that will be heard before the Planning Commission and/or the Board of Supervisors (such as rezonings and special exceptions) and cases that will be heard before the Board of Zoning Appeals (such as special permits and variances). The report includes hotlinks to related websites and glossaries to provide explanations of terms, as well as a link to the PLUS record for the case. The PLUS record includes hearing dates and staff reports as they become available. Staff reports are published one or two weeks prior to public hearing, depending on the case type.
The “Development Review News and Information” newsletter may occasionally be used to deliver other information related to zoning or development review in Fairfax County.
