Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon Arrest

Holiday Inn, 10327 Fairfax Blvd.

January 12, 2025 • 7:38 a.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a disorderly subject. The reporting party stated that a male guest demanded to see video footage from an earlier incident and had a firearm protruding from his pocket. Officers made contact with the subject, observed that he was actively carrying a firearm, and determined that he was a convicted felon.  Tim Chhay, 25, of Chesterfield was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of Firearms by a Convicted Felon. Chhay was held on a secured bond. **This incident was held from last week** (2025-492)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took an item, and left the business without rendering payment. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-525)

Larceny Arrest

McDonald's, 3195 Blenheim Blvd.

January 15, 2025 • 2:14 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a disorderly subject. The reporting party stated that an unknown male was yelling and refusing to leave the business. Officers located the subject nearby and determined that he was the suspect in a larceny from earlier. James McGill, 59, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny and being Drunk in Public. McGill was held without bail. (2025-646)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that two unknown male juveniles entered the business, took multiple items, and left the business without rendering payment. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-758)


Warrant Service Arrest

Wawa, 9700 Fairfax Blvd. 

January 18, 2025 • 6:23 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a disorderly subject. The reporting party stated that an unknown male subject was yelling and making loud noises inside of the business. Officers located the subject nearby. The investigation revealed that the subject was actively wanted out of Fairfax County. Abdirisaq Mohamed, 52, of Springfield, Va was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrant for Failure to Appear. Mohamed was held on no bond.
