when i download the snaprules-snapshot31470.tar.gz by wget command in centos 9 the tar command failed by this comment :

$ tar -xf snortrules-snapshot-3150.tar.gz
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
and tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
and the file type is :
<root@snort ~]$file snortrules-snapshot-31470.tar.gz
snortrules-snapshot-31470.tar.gz: HTML document, UTF-8 Unicode text, with very long lines

how can i fix it?
