Hi Genesys Cloud Community,
I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Genesys Cloud Agent Desktop where the browser's developer console is being flooded with warning messages related to New Relic. The warnings all follow the same pattern, stating:
"Chrome is moving towards a new experience that allows users to choose to browse without third-party cookies."
These messages appear to be linked to New Relic's Browser Agent (bam.nr-data.net). While I understand that New Relic is a vital part of Genesys Cloud's performance monitoring, these warnings are incredibly distracting and make it difficult to debug other issues within the console, they appear on almost every click or action done on the UI.
Here's an example of what I'm seeing in the console:
I know that we can't disable New Relic, and I'm not looking to do that. However, I'm hoping there's a way to suppress or filter out these specific warning messages from the console. It would significantly improve the usability of the developer tools for those of us who need to troubleshoot issues within the Agent Desktop.
