Hi Genesys Cloud Community,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Genesys Cloud Agent Desktop where the browser's developer console is being flooded with warning messages related to New Relic. The warnings all follow the same pattern, stating:

"Chrome is moving towards a new experience that allows users to choose to browse without third-party cookies."

These messages appear to be linked to New Relic's Browser Agent (bam.nr-data.net). While I understand that New Relic is a vital part of Genesys Cloud's performance monitoring, these warnings are incredibly distracting and make it difficult to debug other issues within the console, they appear on almost every click or action done on the UI.

I know that we can't disable New Relic, and I'm not looking to do that. However, I'm hoping there's a way to suppress or filter out these specific warning messages from the console. It would significantly improve the usability of the developer tools for those of us who need to troubleshoot issues within the Agent Desktop.

My Questions:

1. Is there a known configuration setting within Genesys Cloud or the Agent Desktop to adjust the logging level for New Relic and suppress these warnings?
2. Is this something that can be addressed on the New Relic side, perhaps through an update to their Browser Agent?
3. Are other developers experiencing this issue, and if so, have you found any workarounds to manage these console logs?

Any insights or suggestions from the community or Genesys Cloud developers would be greatly appreciated!

• Chrome Version : Version 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (64-bit)
