A Message from the PTA President
Dear Sangster Families,
Thank you to everyone who joined our January meeting. If you missed the meeting, the recording will be placed on our website in a few days.
Information is now available for the Science Fair that will take place from March 3–5, with a parents' night on March 4. Links to required information to participate can be found below.
We've now compiled a full list of positions for the PTA that we'll need to fill for the 2025–2026 school year. We must fill the Treasurer and Vice President role to have a PTA. The chair positions must be filled if we are to continue to hold the same great events next year. Descriptions are below. Please reach out if you're able to help support your PTA.
If you need anything, please reach out to sangsterptapresident@gmail.com.
Sincerely,
Janessa Worrell Sangster PTA President
The 2025 Sangster Scripps Spelling Bee is for 3rd through 6th grade students and will be held at Sangster Cafeteria on Thursday, February 6, 2025, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Registration for the Sangster Bee is now closed.
We have 65 registered students competing!

Planning a birthday party or playdate? You can find students and parents by name, grade, or class! The directory is available to current PTA members at https://sangster.givebacks.com/directory.
To access the directory, log in to Givebacks and click on Directory on the left menu. If you don’t have an account yet, follow the instructions under “First Time Logging In?” to set up your profile.
To search by grade or class, go to the Filters tab at the top right of the Directory. Select “Hub” from the drop-down list, and then select the grade or teacher’s name from the next drop-down list. Once you’ve selected your hub, press the blue Filter button at the top right of the menu to sort.
All students are included in the directory unless they have opted out. If you prefer not to be listed in the directory, you may log in to your profile to adjust your visibility settings.
