Donald Trump's first full day back in the Oval Office was certainly a busy one. The new US president told reporters he is considering imposing a 10% tariff on China from February, justifying the measure by claiming China was sending fentanyl - an opioid fuelling drug crises around the world - to the US, via Mexico and Canada. He also announced the formation of Stargate, a $500bn US-based artificial intelligence company, and some of the 1,600 people he has pardoned in connection to the 2021 Capitol riots have begun to be released from prison .
