Currently, Genesys Cloud does not offer a direct GET API to retrieve the feedback that has been posted by users.
However, you can work around this limitation by storing the feedback data in database when it is submitted.

We know that the feedback is collected once summary is shown for the conversation. There is only POST API to submit a feedback. We need a GET request for the feedback posted by user to understand if it is really helping out.
