Hi, and happy February!

January has felt loooong, and I'm excited to be inching a wee bit closer to spring.

With Super Bowl Sunday, Valentine's Day, and Mardis Gras on the horizon, we've got some fun food holidays/events to look forward to!

Here are some things I'm looking forward to making this month:

My 5-ingredient, creamy cacio e pepe is everything you could want and is perfect for any time, but especially great for a cozy Valentine's evening in.

With the Super Bowl just around the corner, I've got buffalo chicken on my brain! Crisp and tender, these panko-coated baked buffalo chicken breasts take just 10 minutes to cook in the oven for a quick and easy but totally flavorful dinner.

And, no matter how you spend Super Bowl Sunday, football fan or not, you should most definitely include this loaded beef chili as part of your weekend lineup.

I'm looking forward to having some girlfriends over for a little Galentine's Day brunch, and this popular quiche is on the menu.

I'm also thinking of setting up a little crepe bar with fun toppings like whipped cream, berries, Nutella, bananas, powdered sugar, and jam. This recipe is my go-to!
